This is a 3-month long virtual course that will allow you to engage with weekly content and exercises, biweekly live Zoom calls, and a community of other learners. You will have access to original Natural Leadership content which will provide a basic overview of the model, how to use it to better understand yourself, and how you can begin to bring the model to life in your personal and/or professional relationships. Introduction to Natural Leadership Self-paced Virtual Course

This course is for you if...

  • You are ready to learn a whole new way of looking at yourself, relationships, leadership, and human culture. 
  • You are interested in learning a framework that you can apply to your own personal development as well as coaching, helping, or leading others.  
  • You are looking for an introduction to coaching, leadership, experiential learning, and/or animal and equine assisted coaching.
  • You have limited availability in your schedule and prefer to learn at your own pace.
  • You want to be part of a community of other engaged and supportive people who are learning new leadership skills.


What to Expect

  • Materials

    Using a combination of reading materials, audio and video content, and exercises you will learn about, apply and integrate Natural Leadership.

  • Support & Mentoring

    Our team will provide support through online mentorship and bi-weekly virtual community gatherings via Zoom.

  • Course Length

    This is a 3-month long virtual course with engaging with exercises and bi-weekly Zoom calls throughout the course.

To complete the course for certification, you will need to attend at least one call.

To complete the course for certification, you will:

  • Complete all of the learning modules.

  • Complete all of the exercises.

  • Participate in at least one community gathering Zoom session.

  • Engage with a Circle Up mentor for at least one coaching session (additional fee).

  • Attend an Introduction to Natural Leadership Workshop at Take a Chance Ranch (offered quarterly, additional fee).
